Retail premium fuel programmes
Premium diesel programmes built on credible fuel care
We help Australian fuel retailers develop premium diesel programmes around documented treatment functions and disciplined site implementation. We connect product selection, dosing, storage care and customer communication, so the offer has a clear technical basis and a practical operating model.
A premium proposition with a technical foundation
We focus on two connected opportunities: improving the fuel-care proposition offered to customers and managing contamination within the retailer’s storage system. We define the claims and measures for each programme, using documented product functions and measured site evidence rather than promising a universal financial or vehicle-performance result.
Build a differentiated diesel offer with clear technical and commercial controls
We connect the customer proposition with the treatment programme operating behind it. Our approach gives retailers a defined product, a controlled application and an evidence base for the claims they choose to make.
Create a customer proposition grounded in product functions
We build messages around documented treatment functions such as sludge control, fuel-system cleaning and corrosion protection. We select the formulation against the intended application and keep each customer-facing claim specific to the product and supporting evidence.
Address contamination within the retail storage system
We use treatment designed to dissolve and disperse sludge and help prevent further formation. We assess existing tank condition and recommend monitoring filtration during cleaning, with physical removal where accumulated water or sediment requires it.
Define treatment selection and dosing across the programme
We establish the appropriate product, ratio and application before rollout. We recommend traceable delivery and treatment records so the customer offer is supported by consistent implementation at each participating site.
Connect premium positioning with measurable site economics
We recommend establishing a baseline for fuel volumes, margins, filter servicing and tank-cleaning activity. We use comparable measures after implementation to assess the commercial result, rather than guaranteeing higher sales or a fixed return.
Maintain credible communication across the retail network
We help keep product descriptions, staff guidance and website content consistent with the actual treatment programme. We distinguish documented treatment features from vehicle-performance or environmental claims that require additional evidence.
Use fuel-condition evidence to refine the offer
We recommend reviewing samples, water findings, filter history and customer feedback alongside dosing records. We use that evidence to improve implementation and identify site issues without presenting every change as proof of treatment performance.
Premium Fuel Programmes: practical applications
Independent fuel retailers
We assess the intended customer proposition and the diesel storage system together. We recommend a programme with defined treatment controls and claims suited to the evidence available.
Multi-site retail networks
We help establish consistent product selection, dosing records and customer communication across participating sites. We retain site-specific storage assessments where tank condition differs.
Regional service stations
We assess storage turnover, delivery intervals and the local diesel customer base. We recommend a treatment and monitoring plan appropriate to the actual site operation.
Fleet-focused diesel offers
We define the product functions and application controls supporting an offer to commercial vehicle customers. We recommend keeping customer benefits specific and assessing any quantified performance claims separately.
Agricultural and marine customer markets
We consider the fuel grades and end-use requirements of the intended customers. We confirm product suitability and communication before extending the programme to different applications.
Programme pilots and staged rollouts
We recommend establishing baseline measures, defined dosing and a monitoring plan before wider rollout. We use the pilot’s evidence to refine implementation and assess which claims the programme can support.
A premium diesel programme with an evidence-led operating model
We begin by defining the intended customer, fuel grade, treatment functions and participating sites. We assess the storage system alongside the commercial proposition, so the programme addresses tank condition and dosing rather than relying only on a premium label.
We select the formulation for the documented functions required. ProActive combines sludge-control and corrosion-protection chemistry with enhanced lubricity. We consider 15K and 30K where the application calls for those formulations, confirming the product-specific ratio and requirements before rollout.
We define delivery dosing, responsibilities, records and monitoring. We recommend checking water ingress, existing deposits and filtration before implementation and planning the initial cleaning period where established contamination is present.
We evaluate the programme through fuel-condition evidence and comparable commercial measures. We recommend tracking volumes, realised margins, filter servicing and tank-cleaning activity, while keeping any claims about vehicle consumption, emissions or competitor outperformance tied to appropriate supporting evidence.
Historical distributor feedback
We retain Pacific Fuel Ltd’s historical feedback as a distributor testimonial. We present its comments as that distributor’s experience and opinion.

Pacific Fuel Ltd
"Pacific Fuel Ltd are the distributors of Fuel Right for New Zealand and Western Pacific Island groups. We have been dealing with Tim Rivard of Fuel Right Canada for about 4 years and are totally comfortable with their reliability, service, product knowledge and understanding. As a product, Fuel Right is hands down the best on the market. It is innovative in how and why it works plus has a concentration second to none. We will continue to market and promote this product gaining and ever increasing market share."
Relevant Fuel Right products
We select treatment against the fuel grade, tank condition and operating requirements. We distinguish the formulations by their documented functions and application guidance rather than treating concentration alone as a measure of suitability.
We recommend 30K for applicable bulk treatment programmes focused on sludge, deposits and corrosion protection. Our standard bulk ratio is 1:30,000; we confirm any fuel-grade-specific instructions before dosing.
We select 15K where its cleaning, corrosion-protection, lubricity and fuel-line freeze-protection functions suit the application. Our standard bulk ratio is 1:15,000; we confirm the operating conditions and treatment objective before application.
We recommend ProActive for applicable diesel systems where sludge control, corrosion protection and enhanced lubricity are required. Our standard bulk ratio is 1:10,000; we assess the system condition before selecting routine or shock treatment.
Premium Fuel Programmes FAQs
We begin with the treatment’s documented functions, the intended customer and a controlled application programme. We align customer-facing copy with the product actually used and the evidence supporting each claim. We recommend establishing dosing and monitoring controls before making the offer available across a network.
We recommend recording a baseline for diesel volumes, realised margins and relevant maintenance activity before implementation. We compare equivalent measures after rollout and account for pricing, demand and operating changes. We use those results to assess the programme without promising the same return at every site.
We require evidence appropriate to the product, application and claim. We distinguish a documented formulation feature from a quantified vehicle-performance result. We do not assume that a general treatment benefit supports a universal saving or emissions reduction for every vehicle or operating condition.
We calculate additive volume by dividing the diesel volume by the applicable treatment ratio. For standard bulk treatment of 10,000 litres, we use 1 litre of ProActive, approximately 667 mL of 15K or approximately 333 mL of 30K. We confirm the product and fuel application before dosing; grade-specific marine instructions can differ.
We use bulk treatment for a defined ongoing programme and assess shock treatment separately where existing sludge requires accelerated cleaning. Our product-specific shock ratios are 1:4,000 for ProActive, 1:6,000 for 15K and 1:12,000 for 30K. For small-to-medium tanks, we confirm the tank-capacity dosing basis and plan filter monitoring before application. We recommend appropriate physical removal where water or sediment has accumulated.
We provide product-specific instructions through our information sheets and handling requirements through our Safety Data Sheets. We recommend reviewing the relevant documents before application and contacting us with the fuel grade, tank capacity, stored volume and contamination findings so we can confirm the treatment approach.
